BOWA Construction provided CMAR services including a fast track build-out for a new Wicker Park Sushi restaurant and bar located in Terminal 1 at ORD. Scope of work included removal of an existing Starbucks kiosk, as well as the installation of new partitions, banquettes, custom millwork, floor and ceiling finishes, lighting, and new plumbing, mechanical, ventilation and sprinkler systems throughout. All alterations were completed in adjacent hold rooms in order to ensure all airport passengers and staff remained safe and unaffected during the course ofconstruction.
