BOWA Construction provided CMAR services including a fast-track build-out of the Country’s largest airport Starbucks retail store, located in Concourse C of Terminal 1 at ORD. Scope of work consisted of carpentry, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, painting, as well as new Starbucks brand-specific interior finishes including flooring, millwork, equipment, and a vibrant ceiling cloud with puck lighting. Heavy coordination was required with both Unison and the CDA, as well as other airport authorities in order to ensure all airport passengers and staff remained safe and unaffected during the course of construction.

Starbucks T2
BOWA Construction provided CMAR services, including the complete demolition and renovation of the existing T2 Starbucks located alongside Delta gate E11. This fast-track build-out consisted of carpentry, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, painting, glass and glazing, as well as new Starbucks brand-specific interior finishes, including flooring, millwork, lighting and equipment. Heavy coordination was required with both Unison and the CDA, as well as other airport authorities in order to ensure all airport passengers and staff remained safe and unaffected during the course of construction. This project was completed one week ahead of schedule.
